a way to turn off the pop-up text formatter when you select text

i would LOVE for this to be able to be turned off! The pop-up formatter bar really gets in the way when you’re editing text rapidly or generating lots of cloze cards, and these days with the AI features the bar gets longer and longer (blocking off even more of the text). i’ve selected every menu to not display using custom CSS, but it’s like taking a hammer to a problem that could be solved with a brush… :(
