Ability to exclude specific documents from Search and Rem reference

I found this feature in Obsidian and it's really useful for 2 use cases, in my opinion.

As someone who works in content marketing, we might have some docs (including blog contents and its drafts) that we intend to put in the archive folder and don't want them to appear in the Search and Rem reference recommendation.

Another use case is I found it really hard and messy to scroll through the rems that consists code elements when I'm searching or finding reference to something. For example, let's say I want to search for ‘Font’ keyword in the design class's note, not in the Custom CSS document or other similar docs (the hassle is we need to scroll through the whole blocks of code, not just a line consisting that particular keyword in that code block).

Not sure if we already have this lovely plugin or feature; it would be a great hassle-free if we have one.
