Adding AI flashcards from PDF/webpage should add them at the cursor instead of always at the end of the document editor

As I’m working through a PDF, when I use the AI to add flashcards, it always adds them at the end of the document editor. I can see how this is a good default.

But if I have a structured my document with lots of headers it is cumbersome to have to always move the rem up to where it belongs.

I would like a way to add the flashcard at the cursor.
