Allow RTL languages and mixed languages to be organized via bullet points and Rems as left to right. For example<ul>
<li>My name is Mohamed &lt;&gt; أنا اسمي محمد</li>
<li>انواع الكلام &lt;&gt; الفعل, الاسم, الحرف</li>
</ul>With the bullet on the left side of the notes, not the right side. So Rem concept on the left, and descriptor on the right.
