Automatically make rem from PDF

It would be great, if there was a feature, where I could make rems right out of a PDF.
For example, I would mark all the titles in a pdf and remnote would make a rem, where the title is the front and all the text or pictures below until the next title or until I say so is the back.
Because right now, most of my pdfs are power point presentations, so there is not much text on each page and everything is important. So, I lose a lot of time, copying the title and the rest of the page and making a rem out of it, when I could just be studying the whole thing.
I know, that is not quite how your supposed to use flashcards in studying, but when every word counts, it would save a lot of time and trouble creating them and leave more time for studying.
