Better Native Task Management (like Reflect or Craft)
✨ What new feature or change would you like to see added in RemNote?
I really like the ease and simplicity of quickly writing down to-dos everywhere in my RemNote database, e.g. the daily document or meeting notes.
If RemNote had a “tasks-page” like in Craft or Reflect, where all those to-dos could be collected, it would make it easier to keep all tasks organized.
Also being able to set due dates, priorities, and other native task management features for to-dos in RemNote would be very handy.
The properties of the tasks like a “todo-date”, “due-date”, priority, … could be integrated with the existing properties feature of RemNote and integrate with search portals or custom tables.
A native integration of task management would also allow RemNote to create recurring tasks (daily, weekly, etc.) and reminders, which is not possible with the manual tools at the moment.
🤔 What problem does it solve for you? How would it improve your workflow or experience with RemNote?
All my to-dos already live in RemNote and more tools to organize them would improve my workflow because I wouldn’t have to manually move them around daily documents and other documents where I write them down.

The approach in Craft could work really well in RemNote as well. There you have a tasks tab where you add to-dos to an inbox (this could work with the model every task is a rem) and see all documents which contain to-dos. The documents are displayed in a way that you see all the to-do items in them without seeing the rest of the content. That makes it really easy to find and sort the tasks and add due dates.
