Change AI-tutor to activate on click rather than hover

Hey team,
I just updated to version 17.1 and really love the improvement of AI features so far.
One thing I would maybe change though is that the AI-tutor is opened in another pane upon hovering over its button sometimes. I think it would be better to make it open on click only, so it is not distracting when its not needed and when I need it I can open it and use the feature.
