Choose to type in answer for any card on demand

Now that fuzzy matching is in, it’d be nice to be able to selectively type in the answer for a more rigorous check even if the Card is typically only “show answer”. I recommend a hotkey or context menu option in case adding a button would be too confusing. Note that this shouldn’t change the card to be “type in answer” permanently, just for the specific repetition.
