Customisable floating toolbar

I would like to costumise the hotkey, to move closer the things that I usually use so that I wouldn’t have to scroll all the way to the right to choose highlighting as an exemple, because that’s the feature I use the most on my notes, it would be very useful for me to have the highlight button closer because I would save a lot of time.

I think everybody should be able to change the position of the buttons on the hotkey according to their needs.
