Find/filter on disabled cards

Currently, when you disable a card it has pretty much disappeared — the only way to find it and reenable it is to find its document and scroll through it looking for the dash indicating the card is disabled. In many cases, this is not a problem (if, for instance, you disabled it because you no longer want to learn it), but sometimes it can be a liability.

It would be nice to be able to filter by disabled cards so that you can review the items you’ve disabled in a specific document and see if you might want to reenable any, for instance.
