Fully Expandable PDF Highlights and Notes Pane

I would like to be able to see my highlights and notes viewer (top right screen button when viewing a pdf) in half or full screen. Currently, it is only expandable up to 1/3 of the screen. For better viewing, I want ½ and ¾ options. This has obvious benefits but is not set up.
