GPT/AI generated multi-choice/cloze flashcards

I think current flashcard can be upgraded to something that can be simulated actual exam which is multiple-choices or cloze.

Take medications quiz as an example. The idea is that GPT can actually generate some similar medication names for us to think through. And we can be able to choose how many choices it generate and can it be true/false questions.

And the style of the question can be changed as well, maybe like factual recall, comparative, or GPT-generated real life example, or simply it allows us to enter custom prompts for the question.

Example 1 (factual recall)

In my notes, i can write

NSAIDS → ibuprofen

Then in flashcards, with AI generated quiz:

Which of the following is NSAIDS

A: paracetamol

B: ibuprofen

C: Neomycin

D: Alendronate

E: None of the above

Example 2 (comparative style)

In my notes, I can write

Ibuprofen 
- Moderate pain
Opioid
- Severe pain

Then flashcard:

What is the usage difference between ibuprofen and opioid?
