Having empty lines in a document/rem (related to multiline rems as well)

Just having really empty lines, without any bullets in front of it. Especially useful for formatting without squeezing everything together.

Empty lines should be empty during export as well - at the moment every line in the export-markdown gets a “-” at the beginning.
