Integrate TikZJax for TikZ in RemNote

Integrating TikZJax would allow RemNote to support a lot more LaTeX functions currently not supported by KaTeX. Of relevance is this Obsidian plugin adding support for TikZJax. One example functionality made possible by this integration would be support for commutative diagrams in category theory. The CD environment supported by KaTeX is almost unusable due to its lack of support for diagonal maps. TikZJax would allow full support of TikZ-CD, as well as allow users to leverage graphical editors (such as Quiver) that can make the whole workflow far better. Other valuable functionalities made possible by such an integration are better support for physics and chemistry packages as part of RemNote.
