Live syncing updates to shared flashcards

When I share my notes with people and want to push updates to them, there is currently no way for people to save these new updates without overwriting their previously downloaded ones - hence overwriting their flashcard history.

It would be good to have an ID for each rem such that when I push an update to the shared note, each update is able to be merged in to the previous version of the shared notes. Kind of like github push/pull/merge
