Make Code Blocks Placement in Flashcards More Flexible
Feature Request:
Currently, to add a code block to a flashcard in RemNote, users need to place it first, with the question text added afterward. This setup can feel unintuitive, especially when you want to include introductory text before presenting code, or when you're structuring more complex questions that mix text and code. It took me some time to figure out, and I think the process could be streamlined.
Suggestion: It would be great if RemNote allowed code blocks to be positioned more freely within flashcards β ideally, either before or after question text. This would make it easier to structure questions intuitively, especially when using code for explanations, examples, or as part of longer flashcards.
Ideally, either before or after the question text. In an ideal workflow, users could simply copy and paste a prepared question with code example together in one single action.
Benefits:
More flexibility in organizing flashcards
Easier to structure questions that require both text context and code examples
Streamlined Workflow: Instead of copying and pasting code blocks and question text separately, then indenting, and setting up the answer, users could create a question and answer in fewer actions.
More intuitive process, reducing the learning curve for new users
Thank you for considering this!
