Allow cells that span multiple rows in tables

There are certain times, medications for instance, where I want to note different things that fall in a certain classification. They all have the same general properties, but can be distinguished by slight differences. I just really quickly made a table on excel to demonstrate what I would like to request. Currently, to do something like this, I would need two different tables, one for individual drugs, and the other for drug classes. This would make things much easier to visualize while also simplifying flashcards generated.
