More organised/aesthetically pleasing layout
Remnote has a great systeme and general layout, but i do wish that one could convert their layouts from another notetaking app and have the layout stay the exact same on remnote, instead of using a LOT of time to edit it yourself.
I get that its a flashcard app, but its nice to still be able to have the same layout. I feel like the layout is less aesthetically pleasing in comparison with notion, and while i know that isn't the core concept of remnote, its is still important to be able to sort these notes in a way that theres enough amount of white space and features that can make it look more organised, it makes it easier to read and find for quick notes, while being able to choose yourself what you then want as a flash cards (editing those small parts or by marking it in some way) and still maintaining the same layout (or more or less compact without it looking like a messy layout). Not being able to do this and problems with layout are one of the core reasons i use notion over remnote in cases of some notes.
There are also features in notion where you can choose exactly how much space you want (Here i am especially referring to the slide feature in notion where you can make the page bigger and the space within a note) and where i can place text and pics in different ways, to make it more compact.
Not every note is a rem/flashcard, and its nice to be able to choose that. Maybe a feature could be using some kind of marker to mark on the things that you want to turn into a flashcard and maintaining everything else with its x layout. For me layout has always played a huge role to keeping my notes interesting and easy to understand.
Pictures as examples if my explanations are hard to understand; my remnote notes layout vs. my notion layouts + ruined layout in remnote when copy-pasted from notion.
