Move rem without creating a portal

Some time ago moving a rem started to create a portal. I’m not a fan of this behaviour and I almost always delete the created portal. I’d like to have the ability to move without creating the portal either by reverting to the previous behaviour of having two separate menu items for a regular move, and move with creating a portal.
