Multi-select and drag&drop like in Craft

Multi-select via touch like in Craft where you can intuitively and smoothly select multiple blocks and drag them to another location. This should be independent of the place or hierarchical order in the outline.

In addition, it should be possible to apply various actions to the selected blocks.
