Option to Disable AI Tutor Panel Hover Activation

I’m not sure if I’m the only one, but I find it quite frustrating that every time I accidentally hover over the AI Tutor icon, the large side panel opens and closes. Often, I just want to access the Rem options for a document, but the AI Tutor panel pops up instead. Or I accidentally move my mouse over it and then it opens and closes.

Would it be possible to change this behavior so that the panel only opens when you click the icon? Alternatively, could you add a setting that allows users to disable hover activation for the AI Tutor panel? This would be greatly appreciated by those of us who find the current behavior disruptive.
