Option to Disable Automatic AI Flashcard Generation in "Highlight Moment"

When using the "Highlight Moment" feature in a video, the transcript of the current audio section is displayed, and multiple AI-generated flashcards are created automatically. While this might be helpful for some, it can be counterproductive in many scenarios.

Issues with Automatic Flashcard Creation:

1. It may be distracting and interrupts the flow of note-taking.

2. Incorrect transcripts lead to nonsensical flashcards.

3. It consumes AI credits rapidly.

4. It’s not necessary if I just want to capture the transcript, and not to generate flashcards.

Proposed Solution:
Add a toggle to deactivate automatic AI flashcard creation for "Highlight Moment," allowing users to choose whether flashcards are generated, then add a toggle to generate the flashcards upon request.
