PDF Annotation - Ability to add "text bubbles" to highlight

Currently the PDF annotation only allows highlighting by text or boxes. What I’m requesting is the ability to highlight a text or box, and then be able to put some additional information in the actual PDF viewer itself, and not through Rems.

The reason for this is that sometimes when I’m listening to the lectures, I want to take notes separately from the Remnote outline that I’m creating. The current system does not allow for me to separate the lecture notes from the Lecture outline I’m creating. See the photo for reference…

I don’t always want the annotation I’ve made during lecture to also reflect to the lecture outline I’m creating. I want them to be separate.
