Offline access to PDFs in the mobile app

Since I started using Remnote as my main PDF reader, I found the reading experience on mobile app is not good. PDF files have to be redownloaded every time, which often take quite a lot of time, sometimes they just don’t download at all. I want a feature that can help with managing the files locally on mobile device. I can choose which PDFs I want to download for later read locally. The annotations will be synchronized later.

TLDR, some improvement in the PDFs panel in All Notes, please. I want to read my PDFs offline and on mobile more easily,
