Persistent "View Only" or "Lock Edit" Mode for Documents

Currently, on the mobile/tablet version of RemNote, it's possible to open a document in "view only" mode to avoid accidental edits. However, this setting is temporary — every time I reopen the document, I need to manually enable view mode again.

It would be very helpful to have a persistent "Lock Edit" setting per document, allowing users to mark certain notes as non-editable by default. This would be especially useful for finalized or reference documents that are not meant to be modified frequently.

A toggle like "Lock Editing" (similar to a read-only mode) could be included in the document menu, and once enabled, the document would always open in view-only mode until the user unlocks it again.

This would improve usability, reduce accidental changes, and offer better control over how notes are managed — especially on mobile and tablet devices where unintentional edits are more common.
