"Point at [structure] on the image" type of flashcards

It would be great if we could upload an image and create flashcards that say to click on certain structures on it. for example: Rem says to click on the femur on an x-ray, and then we manually click it and see if we got it right. It could even be a bidirectional card, the other way would be a little arrow or a cross on the structure and the back of the card says the name of the structure.

I know wooflash has this feature (not bidirectional), because my teachers use it in class.

I made an example of what it could kind of look like. And it took much more time than it should since I had to open the file on my desktop, edit it and then screen-shot, copy-paste, for every single structure. If there could at least be a way to edit the images in a similar way, that would already be way better.
