Read only mode support highlighting or drawing

Hi, I use RemNote on my computer to take notes. Afterwards, I usually use the read-only mode on ipad to review those notes. During revision, it would really be helpful if I can highlight or draw directly on my own notes under this read-only mode to remind myself about the key points.
