Set Initial Learning Phase for FSRS

It would be nice (and to me very important) to have the option to set the initial learning phase for the FSRS algorithm, just as it is possible in Anki.

From my personal experience, the FSRS algorithm is very good in the long run, but the optimization of the parameters is very unstable if you have few reviews, and the default parameters are not so good in the first few days.

For example, with the default parameters the scheduler behaves like this:

(Good) → 10min → (Good) → 4d

And I’d much prefer to see my cards as:

(Good) → 1d → (Good) → 4d

To me having a review in 10min is a waste of time If I’ve just got the correct answer.

Now, with my knowledge base, If I estimate new parameters I get:

(Good) → 9d

which is wild!

An option to set the initial learning phase would easily solve this problem.
