Show symbol in table for disabled cards

Right now when you look at a table either in full view or zoomed into a table item there is no display of whether a certain card is enabled or not.

Please add a disabled card symbol (like the “—” in the editor) to both views of the table, so it is easily apparent which cards have been disabled.

Why is this important?

Sometimes I will disable a card created from a table and forget about it- right now you need to navigate to the card table and check the checkbox “disabled cards” to see which cards have been disabled. This is tedious and inefficient.

Adding the symbol would also contribute to a consistent UI.
