Support chronological sorting on dates in tables

I added “Created at” as a table column, I’m using the default Month Day Year date format (e.g. “August 1st, 2023) so when I choose to sort on the column it sorts it alphabetically from A-Z which is unhelpful

It would be nice if there were additional sorting options like numeric/chronological/etc or just a “sort ascending/descending” that automagically does it
