Sync local Knowledge base with icloud(or Google Drive) and open them on different devices

Right now you can create a local KB on your iCloud drive but You can’t view it on other devices connected to that iCloud drive (i.e. the iPhone) that pretty much renders the feature of local KB useless for me because oc I want to (at least) view my KB on my iPhone when I’m outside and don’t have WiFi.
