Table Template

It would be good to be able to make a table template or at least be able to copy and paste a table. Whenever I copy and paste a table it makes an edit to the copy and the original. I would like to be able to copy a table i.e. for each pharmaceutical drug group, with the same properties (antidepressants, antihypertensives, insulin) without making changes to all of them.
