Changelog

The ability to create a multi-line flashcard without creating an indent rem as an answer

1 - What?
Instead of this:

This:

2 - Why?
With this feature, RemNote would be the only SRS software that would enable a user to test a card in all “4” directions:
Take the letter (B) from the example above;
What comes after (A)? (B)
What comes before (C)? (B)
--
What comes before (B)? (A)
What comes after (B)? (C)
As noted above, (B) is being tested in all “4” directions.
3 - Inspiration?
The Cloze Overlapper Anki add-on from Glutanimate, but I think RemNote could do it better for 2 main reasons:
In RemNote the cards would be random, while in Cloze Overlapper the cards are in order;
In RemNote you would be creating a back and forth card (2 ways), while in Cloze Overlapper you are limited by 1 direction (up or down).
Currently, RemNote is the only app close to completing this feature that could help memorize bullet points not only forward, but backwards as well (while respecting the infamous “Effective Learning: 20 Rules of Formulating Knowledge").
