The "remnote://" protocol, which allows you to run various actions, such as opening or creating a rem.

Currently, you can get a link to the rem only in the http protocol. And even if I have the Remnote desktop app installed, this link, for example from Ticktick, will open the browser. And if the rem from link is in the local knowledge base, then nothing will open in the browser.

Please implement support for the "remote://" protocol so that i can open rems in the desktop application and create new rems.
