Timeline-Feature - View changes to your Knowledge Base over Time

Ability to view all changes (additions, edits) to your Knowledge Base in a chronological view for at least a certain time span (last year, last month etc.)

This would be awesome for regular checkins like yearly-, monthly and weekly reviews, since you could easily get an overview of what you did in that time span.
It would also be great to find notes again, since you sometimes might remember the context.

I do know that I can use Daily Docs to somewhat achieve something similar, but not quite. In my view this “Timeline- or Back-in-Time-Feature” would also track all edits to existing Rem outside of daily documents by the time of the edit.

This is very powerful as it really enables us users to look back and reflect on our actions! What did I read, learn, study, think etc.?
