!!TODAY automatically updates date to current date
Requesting the ability to tag a rem with !!today (or some term that fits better in RemNote) so that the rem always shows in Today’s Note (daily document for today) — i.e. it would “follow” the current date, automatically updating with the current date. I’d be happy if it either showed up as a rem in daily docs or at the top of the back-linked list.
Once the tag is deleted, it could revert to a rem in the current day (i.e. would no longer carry forward).
“##today” would be easiest, but it would interfere with current rem functionality, so maybe something like /autoToday.
This would be an elegant way to “flag” important rem for today, but keep it current (until the tag was deleted). This is related to my other feature request, https://feedback.remnote.com/p/to-do-which-carries-forward-automatically
A broader way to implement this would be to have /due or /remind functionality that could include calculations. For example, a rem tagged with ##remind 05/05/23-3 could show reminders in four daily docs, 5/5/23 and the previous three days. Perhaps !!remindToday could be the tag to always go to the current date.
