Up and down arrows

I couldn’t find it elsewhere, so I’d really like to have a up and down arrow (ASCII), just like the left and right arrows you get when you press (- > for → and < - for ←). I tried many combinations and looked on forums but couldn’t find it, if there is one. It would be great to put an up or down arrow to represent increase or decrease instead of writing it (preferably a pretty arrow, like the left and right ones).
