Upvote/Downvote importance of flashcard during practice

Being able to change the importance of a flashcard in the practice on-the-fly would be helpful… i.e. to "Upvote" or "Downvote" flashcards as I get into actually practicing them. I know obviously that "Easily Recalled" will sort of do that, but something more overt and user-generated would be helpful.
